Will you train my team?

Absolutely. We include workshops, mentoring, simulations, and practical tools in our work. Your team won’t just receive recommendations — they’ll build skills, confidence, and shared understanding that continue after our work ends.

How much involvement is required from me or my team?

 Change takes active participation. Your team will be learning how to think, decide, and work in new ways — and that learning curve will look different for everyone. We’ll guide the process, but your time, attention, and openness are essential. Our approach is hands-on and collaborative, designed to fit into your daily work — not add extra layers.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the scope, duration, and intensity of the work. We offer tailored proposals based on your goals and the level of support needed. Our goal is to deliver value that exceeds your investment.

Do you work with small businesses or only large organizations?

We work with both. Whether you're a growing team or a complex organization, we tailor our approach to your size, goals, and context. What matters most is your readiness for honest reflection and meaningful change.

What’s the difference between coaching, consulting, and mentoring?

Coaching helps individuals or teams to unlock their own potential through guided reflection and structured questioning. Consulting focuses on analyzing your business and offering expert guidance, tools, and strategies.

Mentoring involves sharing experience and advice based on a similar career or business path. In our work, these often blend, depending on what will serve you best.

What is facilitation, and how is it different from traditional strategy work?

Facilitation is a structured, neutral approach to guide conversations that matter. In facilitative strategic workshops, we don’t present a ready-made plan. Instead, we develop the process that help your team explore challenges, align perspectives, and design a strategy that reflects your context and will be easier to implement because your team built it.

Will you write the strategy for us?

Not exactly. We don’t deliver a static strategy document. We guide you through a process, provide templates and frameworks, consult and support your team in creating a strategy that’s aligned, actionable, and truly yours. That way, your team builds the capacity to lead future strategy work independently.

I understand the words, but how does it work in practice?

Think of us as temporarily joining your leadership team. We come in with structure, experience, and tools to help you see clearly, involve your people in real conversations, and put practical solutions into action. Our job is to guide, support, and teach -  when we leave, your team can carry it forward.

How long does a typical project take?

Meaningful change takes time. We don’t offer one-off quick fixes. Most projects run for at least 3 months to allow time for discovery, implementation, and early results. For deeper transformation, we often work in 6–12 month partnerships

Can you guarantee results?

We guarantee a solid process, clear structure, and honest support. But business outcomes depend on your team’s engagement, decision-making, and follow-through. We create the conditions for change — you and your team bring it to life.

Can you help my team work better and more efficiently?

Yes. We help teams clarify roles, simplify workflows, improve communication, and adopt systems that support performance. But we don’t impose methods - we build on what already works and suggest improvements that fit your culture.
